Employee of the month June 2008
Congratulations to Robb Young who has won employee of the month for this June. Maybe it's the effect of being recently married to Elaine our Manageress from Russell Way that has spurred Rob on into a winning position, or maybe Rob has just decided to show what he can really do. What ever the reason for Robs outstanding performance we are all delighted to see what a great team player he has become and what a brilliant example to everyone he can be. Keep it up Rob and thanks.

Employee of the month March 2008
Congratulations to Bobby Todd who wins for his second time. Bobby is our extremely helpful supervisor at Russell Way who looks after all our hungry customers and finds nothing a bother. 'Always a pleasure, never a chore' is Bobby's catch phrase. Bobby is also very good with computers and is our resident 'techie' for all things computerised. A big thank you for all your hard work and help Bobby from every one at Big Lukes.

Congratulations to Elaine Clark our winner for the second time! How can we do with out her? Elaine is always there for us when there is a crisis (not that we have crises of course!) and always willing to accept extra responsibilty when others are struggling. Congratulations to Marc Shawl our star KP who has shown everbody how hard he can work. Mark has set new standards in the kitchen of sheer throughput and during our busy half term he shone extra brightly. Thanks Mark and really well done

Congratulations Emma Liddle who works in our Russell Way restaurant. When it's really busy, Emma gets busy! She is so hard working and makes sure every one of her customers gets the best possible treatment. Thanks Emma and well done.
Employee of the month August 2007
Congratulations Amanda Nixon who is our August employee of the month. Amanda is a supervisor for our busy restaurant un 'The Studio' Metrocentre. Since the food court closed in preparation for the exciting new cinema development there Amanda has been been really busy with lots of new customers. Amanda has been with us since our opening in 2003 and is entering her final year studying Psychology at University here in Newcastle. Thanks Amanda for all your help, we are very proud of you.
