Kids from Chernobyl!
Every year Big Lukes plays host to children who were born of parents that were exposed to the horrific fall out effects from the Russian Chernobyl disaster of 1986. These children have grown up with disabilties and life shortening illnesses. We are proud to help when the children are offered a short holiday in the North East with the generous hospitality of local famillies and charity organisations with support from businesses such as ourselves.
